K2 VAPRON REFILL 600ml

K2 Vapron Refill 600 ml is a specialist regeneration fluid designed exclusively for use with the K2 Vapron Regeneration Kit (D7900). When heated in the Vapron device, the liquid produces polycarbonate vapour that bonds to the surface of plastic headlight lenses, rebuilding the damaged outer layer and restoring clarity, gloss and transparency. It effectively eliminates yellowing, oxidation, dullness and fine scratches while improving both the appearance of the headlights and nighttime visibility. One 600 ml bottle is sufficient to restore approximately 30 medium-sized headlights, making it ideal for professional detailing workshops and high-volume use. It is intended only for plastic (polycarbonate) headlights.

How to Use

• Sand and prepare the headlight according to the K2 Vapron restoration procedure.
• Pour the refill liquid into the Vapron cup, up to half full.
• Heat the liquid using the K2 Vapron device until vapour is produced.
• Pass the vapour evenly over the headlight surface without touching the lens.
• After the application, pour any unused liquid back into the aluminium bottle and tighten the cap securely.
• Allow the restored headlight to cure for approximately 8 hours before exposure to water.

Tips

• Compatible only with the K2 Vapron Regeneration Kit (D7900).
• Wear protective gloves and a respiratory mask during application.
• Work in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid contact of the liquid with painted or other vehicle surfaces.
• Not suitable for glass headlights.
• For additional UV protection, apply K2 Lamp Protect approximately 7 days after regeneration.
