K2 VAPRON REGENERATION KIT

K2 Vapron Regeneration Kit is an advanced professional system for restoring plastic automotive headlights without replacing them. Unlike traditional polishing methods, the Vapron system uses heated liquid polycarbonate vapour to rebuild the damaged outer layer of the headlight lens. This process removes oxidation, yellowing, fine scratches and dullness, restoring transparency and improving both the appearance of the vehicle and nighttime visibility. The regenerated headlights regain a smooth, glossy, factory-like finish with long-lasting results. The kit is intended for plastic headlights only and is recommended for professional use.

How to Use

• Sand the headlight evenly using progressively finer sandpaper until all oxidation and damage are removed.
• Clean and dry the headlight thoroughly.
• Fill the Vapron heating cup with the supplied regeneration liquid.
• Heat the liquid using the Vapron device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Slowly pass the vapour applicator over the headlight surface without touching the lens.
• Allow the restored surface to cool and fully cure before exposing it to moisture or washing the vehicle.

Tips

• Designed only for plastic (polycarbonate) headlights.
• Do not use on glass headlights.
• Always sand the headlight properly before applying the vapour treatment.
• Work in a clean, dust-free and well-ventilated environment.
