B2B Legal Terms
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship (B2B) between K.P SuperWash Ltd (“the Company”) and its professional customers (“the Customer”). By registering for a B2B account or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
K.P SuperWash Ltd is a commercial entity established in the Republic of Cyprus and operates in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and the European Union. For the purposes of data protection legislation, SuperWash acts as the Data Controller of all personal and business information collected through its website and services.
B2B accounts are strictly limited to registered businesses and certified professionals. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for verification purposes, including business registration details and VAT number where applicable. SuperWash may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
All prices are intended exclusively for approved B2B customers and may be subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to shipment of goods. The Company reserves the right to suspend shipment until full payment has been received.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and product availability. SuperWash reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfill any order in cases of limited stock, pricing errors, or suspected abuse.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external factors. The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
All products are intended strictly for professional use. The Customer is solely responsible for the proper handling, storage, and application of all purchased products. SuperWash shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from misuse, improper application, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union legislation. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Returns and Claims Policy
B2B transactions are considered commercial sales and are not subject to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns are accepted only if the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns are not accepted for used or opened products, chemical products that have been opened or partially used, clearance or promotional products, or goods damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Any claim regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported within seven (7) calendar days from receipt. The Company may request supporting evidence before assessing the claim.
In cases where a return is approved due to Company error or a verified defect, return shipping costs shall be covered by SuperWash. In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
Following inspection, SuperWash reserves the right to issue a refund, replacement, or reject the claim if the conditions are not met. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
