ULTRACOAT METAL GUARD 30 ML

UltraCoat Metal Guard is one of UltraCoat's most durable ceramic coatings, engineered specifically for metal surfaces exposed to harsh conditions and high temperatures. It creates a highly durable protective layer that resists brake dust, road salt, iron fallout, oxidation, and environmental contamination. The coating remains stable at temperatures up to 800°C, making it ideal for alloy wheels, brake calipers, exhaust tips, chrome components, and polished metal trim.

The coating delivers a strong self-cleaning effect and intense hydrophobic properties, preventing dirt and brake dust from bonding permanently to the surface. This significantly reduces maintenance time and the need for aggressive wheel cleaners. It also enhances gloss on shiny metals and enriches the satin appearance of matte finishes.

How to Use

• Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the metal surface.
• Polish if necessary to remove scratches or oxidation.
• Degrease using UltraCoat Finest Wipe or IPA.
• Apply several drops to a coating applicator.
• Spread evenly over the surface.
• Allow approximately 1–2 minutes for flashing.
• Remove any excess with a clean microfiber towel if required.
• Leave the coating to cure for at least 24 hours.
• Avoid washing for 7 days after application.
