ULTRACOAT HEAVY CUT 1000 ML

UltraCoat Heavy Cut is an advanced polishing compound formulated with aluminum oxide abrasives and a water-based formula to provide maximum cutting performance while maintaining excellent workability. It is designed for the first stage of paint correction, removing deep defects, heavy oxidation, paint overspray, sanding marks, and severe paint imperfections. Unlike many aggressive compounds, it produces very little dust and allows easy residue removal. It contains no fillers, silicones, or waxes, ensuring true paint correction results.

How to Use

• Wash and decontaminate the vehicle thoroughly.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Apply 4–5 drops to a cutting pad, microfiber pad, or wool pad.
• Work on sections approximately 50 × 50 cm.
• Polish using moderate pressure with a DA or rotary machine.
• Wipe away residue using a clean microfiber towel.
• Inspect the surface and repeat if necessary.
• Follow with Medium Cut or Fine Cut for maximum gloss and refinement.

• Removes sanding marks up to P1200–P1500.
